Mel is our practice principal physio, and has been treating in Narrogin for over thirteen years. She has 2 young boys, so you'll often see her down at junior sport, or somewhere down at netball.
When we asked what she likes about Narrogin " I love that I can walk anywhere I need to go, be anywhere in 5 mins even when I've forgotten. The small community feel means there's always someone around you know to chat with, help out or have a drink with."
Her favourite superhero? " The Flash, because he has such a good heart, and its Barry Allen!" we think Mel might be secretly wishing she could still run as fast as she could in her 20's 🤣.
Scrunch or fold? " Scrunch who has time to fold?"
Smooth or crunchy peanut butter? "Smooth- changed my tune from crunchy because it's easier to spread ". We're pretty sure someone needs to tell Mel to slow down, but tag- not it!
Her perfect day " would be dependent on the season- I could go winter by the fire with a good book & red wine, or a warmer day out in the garden & sunshine with no shoes getting covered in dirt."
If she changed her career " Id become a professional cleaner/declutterer - seriously. I love the big transformation stuff." Maybe she should start by finishing the clinic?
"I love being able to challenge someone's beliefs or previous experiences and turn them around to function better, get back into things they may have avoided or thought they'd never do".
She wants everyone to know:
"You'd be surprised how reassuring a conversation with a physio can be, the unknown is much harder to manage than clear diagnosis or at least some direction".

Jasraj joined our team early in 2022, after moving from India to be with his wife, who had already relocated to Narrogin prior to the C-word crisis of 2020. They have a young son who can often be spotted instructing exercise classes with his toddler finesse.
"I Love the community feel, country lifestyle and you really get to know your patients here-plus when work is 100m away from home.🤣". You'd think he'd be the first at work each day, but you know what they say about those who live the closest.
Scrunch or fold? " Fold, please don't judge me"
Smooth or crunchy peanut butter? "Crunchy every time"
If Jasraj ever quit physio he'd "Probably open a gym/café combo somewhere nice". He loves " Helping people get back to doing the things they enjoy and seeing their confidence improve." so don't worry, we're pretty sure he's sticking with Physio for a while yet!
His perfect day would be " Watching Netflix all day with burgers, chips and coke 😁"
His favourite super hero? "Batman — no superpowers, just discipline, consistency and coffee probably 😂" We know Jasraj is a night owl- though haven't heard any reports of a vigilante in Narrogin just yet...
Jasraj wants everyone to know:
"Movement is medicine — keep moving where you can"

Briana joined us in Narrogin in May 2019 and is now an integral part of the Earl St Physio team. Growing up in Lake Grace originally she is loving being back in the fresh air. She enjoys spending time with family, taking her dog for a walk through Fox's Lair and coffee! Bri's Laugh is infectious and can often be heard along our corridors.
Prior to moving to Narrogin she was working in a large clinic in a hospital in Perth. While there she spent her time in outpatients and on the inpatient maternity ward.
Bri has a strong interest in Pelvic Health and Continence. She has completed further postgraduate study to whether her skills in the area. She is able to assess and treat many continence issues including incontinence, urgency, pelvic pain and pre/ postnatal pain and exercise. Bri has a passion for exercise and loves getting people moving at all stages of life - come join in one of her classes!
Bri is on maternity leave at present with her toddler, soon to be new baby & husband. (Who needs sleep?)

Joy joined the team in 2025 after moving from Nigeria. Her trip was the first time on a plane & out of the country- all the way to Narrogin! Joy is now well and truly settled into our team and isn't dreading this winter quite so much!
"A beautiful lady convinced me to come work in a small town where everything is just 5 minutes away 😄. You can even go home for lunch and a quick rest. Plus, it’s just 2hrs away from the city she said. So here I am in Narrogin 😂"
Scrunch or fold? " Fold…. neat and efficient"
Smooth or crunchy peanut butter? "None 😏"
Joy loves physio because "Seeing people progress from pain or limitation back to feeling like themselves again." If she ever gave it up though and started a new career she'd become a fashion designer. "I love creating something that makes people feel confident and seen. "
The perfect day for Joy would be "warm weather, good food, a bit of sewing or designing, time with people I love. no rush, no stress."
When we asked who is her favorite superhero, she said "just an old lady in a young body, not into superhero stuff"- Although she's our superhero- Have you ever heard joy sing?? WOW!
Joy wants everyone to know:
" Don’t ignore your body, small issues become big ones if you leave them too long."

Frankie is our Exercise Physiologist, who joined us in Narrogin at the start of 2020; developing our group exercise classes and one-on-one gym programs. An exercise physiologist is highly specialised in strength and conditioning training for all type of conditions.
First thing to come to mind when we asked her favourite superhero- Inspector Gadget. Does that give away her age, or did they do a remake?
Scrunch or fold? "scrunch"
Smooth or crunchy peanut butter? "neither peanut butter is gross"
Frankie loves " watching when the small things make the biggest difference…like a 6yr old learning to skip or an 89yr old getting off the chair without hands! "
When we asked why Narrogin Frankie was pretty straight with us "because I married the boy next door and now I'm stuck here".
We figure we'd better keep Frankie busy, because she told us if she ever gave up her career the next one would be "probably a gold digger" we weren't brave enough to clarify if she meant the pick and axe kind 😬.
Her perfect day would be " kid free and husband free on the couch with zero responsibilities and some trashy tv…or in bali with the earl st crew🤪" I'm not sure if that last part is an attempt to get a free work trip or employee of the month!
Frankie wants everyone to know:
"Exercise won't always make your injury worse and sometimes pain is part of the process."

Trish initially studied a Bachelor of Science- Occupational Therapy, before moving out to the region and taking a career break to raise her family. Now her children are older, she has retrained in Remedial Massage Therapy and keeps us all in line managing our clinic since 2024.
On Narrogin; " I Love small town authenticity - you are who you are, no hiding. There's always a familiar face, or some sort of relative, just around the corner."
Superheroes? "Gotta be classic Superman. Always fascinated me how he could "change persona" just by taking glasses off or on." We reckon you might see her trying this out around town soon.
Scrunch or fold? "scrunch"
Smooth or crunchy peanut butter? "Always crunchy - is there even peanuts in smooth 🤷🏼♀️"
Her perfect day would be " Friends, food, drinks, games and laughter (in another country caps it off 😉)" though a little birdie tells us she'd probably also love some peace and quiet with a jigsaw, or a full day op-shopping.
We know Trish is a great massage therapist. She said she " Love's hearing people's stories or honouring their silence knowing this is the most important and simplest part of their treatment session."
If she ever gave it up though? You'd see Trish put her 'Tradie glasses' on "Ooh so many choices - interior decorator, house flipper."
Maybe you can reach out to her to renovate your home- though I don't think that's an option on our online booking system.
Trish would like you to know:
" Different bodies appreciate different treatments"
