 Ask for your free pedometer if you'd prefer to track your steps. Don't forget to clear it daily & write down your totals ready to send on Fridays.

How to send in your weekly totals

Phone it in:

Call us on 9881 3799 to log in your weeks total (steps or km, we'll do the converting).

Facebook Group

Be sure to join our facebook group 'Earl St Physio 6 Week Challenge' and you can private message, or post your totals for everyone to congratulate you on.

Send it through:

Send in your totals via email to earlstphysio@gmail.com

We'll call you:

If you've forgotten, we will give you a call the following Monday!

It's up to you!

This is not a requirement of registering, as we know its not everyone's cup of tea, however  we would love you to think about getting sponsorship and further fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctors. 


Collect your sponsorship monies together, and you can make a contribution at the end of your challenge to the nominated bank account.
